Each cement tile carries one part of the pattern. Repetition and rotation create flowers, stars, diamonds and larger geometric fields. Product pages show the true repeat and any matching border pieces.

Frequently asked questions

Are hydraulic tile and encaustic cement tile the same?

They are common names for pigmented, pressed cement tiles. In Mexico they are also called mosaico de pasta, while English searches often use cement tile or encaustic cement tile.

Can cement tile be installed on a wall?

Yes. It works beautifully on kitchen walls, bars, bathroom walls, wainscoting and full feature surfaces. The installer selects an adhesive suited to the substrate and tile weight.

Can I preview the repeating pattern?

Yes. Every product page shows how the tiles meet and rotate. The customizer also lets you test the pattern over a larger area and change its colors.
