How to choose a cement tile pattern
One tile image is not enough to choose a floor. Inspect the repeatable unit, its scale in relation to the room, its orientation from entrances and the way it ends against walls.
Compare scale with the room
Count how many complete units fit across the surface. A large pattern can work in a small room when its main figure stays legible and cuts are controlled.
Decide what should command attention
If furniture already carries strong color, reduce floor contrast. In a neutral room the pattern can play a stronger role.
